At MINIS, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
